Microwavefilters & TVC SRL was founded in 1979. Microwavefilters & TVC designs and produces MW passive components from DC up to 90 GHz.
Our proved experience and know-how in manufacturing of components for RF and microwave applications over a complete series of frequencies (from 10 MHz up to 90 GHz) allows us to meet the market’s demand with a wide, constantly extended and improved range of passive components.

Products range: Filters, diplexers, WG circulators, Isolators, Loads, Couplers, OMTs, Adapters, Seamless Waveguides, Flexible twistable Waveguides, Cables & connectors, Assembled cable housings and Mechanical Parts.
 
Technologies: Metal insert, Waveguide, Dual mode waveguide, coaxial, Hairpin and Comb Line, Rc Lumped Component, Helical filters, active components.

Markets: BACKHAUL radio links, MMWAVE, CELLULAR repeaters and jammers, SATCOM, BROADCASTING,LTE; DAS, MW Lab equipments, Safety and Secure Comunications.

Our R&D department is at customer’s disposal, in order to provide tailor-made engineering solutions and rapid manufacturing of prototypes, offering also electric testing, project consulting and problem solving.

Our story

We’ve been in the microwave and telecommunications business for more than 30 years. Our history starts with our parent company TVC.

•1979: TVC begins its activity as producer of high precision machined parts.

•1989: TVC begins assembly and tuning activity of RF & MW components.

•1993: TVC obtains ISO 9001 Certification.

•2003: TVC set up Microwavefilters with a specific focus on the design of RF & MW components.

•2003: TVC / MWF becomes MWF/TVC Group, RF & MW components manufacturer.

•2008: MWF/TVC Group becomes TVC Group (2.000.000 € capital).

2009: MWF obtains ISO 14001 Certification.

2012: in June MWF/TVC Group moves to a bigger location in Cernusco S/N (Milan) – see photo.

2013: Microwavefilters merges by incorporation with the company TVC. The corporate name is changed into “Microwavefilters & TVC S.r.l” (or MW&TVC for short; this latest name is also deposited).

2014: MW&TVC celebrates its 35th anniversary (it was founded on April, 1st 1979).

2015: Big investment in Instrumention for testing of mmWave filters production. PNAs up to 96GHz

2016: MW&TVC obtains the OHSAS 18001 certification.

2018: Big investment in spectrum analyzers for testing of passive intermodulation.

2019: MW&TVC celebrates its 40th anniversary (it was founded on April, 1st 1979).

2020: CNC Laser cutting Process, CNC bending and Welding on ALU material Cabinets for Electronics Equipment.

2021: New JANOME Cartesian Robots for Assembling department – Clamping torque under control.

2022: New Family of High Performing Advanced Multiplexer in Suspended Strip-line Technology up to 40 GHz.

2023: New Investment in Production Department with n.2_Horizontal CNC High Speed Milling Machining HELLER + Automation Tower of 14 Pallets to increase Production Capability.

2024: New JANOME Cartesian Robots for Dispensing and Soldering Process – 3D programming.

2025: New CMM ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machine for Improve the Quality Department Range_1000 x 700 x H 600 mm.

2026: Photovoltaic System Revamping – Power of 125 KWh plus Power Optimizers by module-level power electronics (MLPE).
